Spoilage allowance = 2% or 1 garment, whichever is greater
Orders of 1 - 11 will incure a less than minimum surcharge of
$30.00 in additions to the run charges above.
Rush Charge of 40% of invoice for rush orders of less than 72
hours.
Standard Production time is 3-5 days after both the receipt of
goods and approval of art

Embroidery fees are
based on a "Per Stitch" count. After art is prepared or
submitted to us, we will run a stitch count to determine the cost of the
embroidery.
Embroidery can be
used on just about any plain garment. We can provide great quality
embroidery to the highest quality apparel for use with embroidery.
Once your art is digitized, your stitch
count is determined. You can estimate your stitch count, using these
stitch count guidelines.
Every order incurs a digitizing fee that is based on your stitch count. Minimum
digitizing fee of $35.00 per job.
For orders less than 12 pieces,
the order will be charged the per piece price, plus a less than minimum charge
of $30.00.

Estimate your stitch count:
Here are some ways to help estimate the
stitch count for your image (but until it is digitized, this is
just an estimate):

1 solid square inch of
embroidery equals approximately 2,000 stitches.
-
1 solid 1/4 square inch of
embroidery equals approximately 125 stitches.
-
Your letters should never be
less than 3/16" in height and a letter that is 1/4" in height equals about 100
stitches.

Drop shadows in your logo
will translate into 200 extra stitches per inch.
-
Straight lines under logos
typically require 200 extra stitches per inch. Fabrics, colors and artwork
detail will affect the amount of stitches.
