Beechies Whole-Box Program offers a custom designed 6-sided billboard advertising vehicle on which to promote any corporate logo or message for only
pennies per box. As totally customized advertising piece, Beechies gum is an inexpensive marketing tool - as a trade show give-away, sales call leave-behind,
invoice or direct mailing enclosure, or for the launching of a promotional program or brand introduction into the market.

• Production Time: 15 working days after receipt of approved order and amera-ready artwork. Peak season, or large orders may require additional time.
Allow adequate transit time. Factory reserves the right to UPS Blue or Red shipping to meet in hands use date.
• Rush Service: 15% Surcharge with $62.50 minimum per “Rush” order. Inquire on availability. This charge is for any order requiring shipment
8 days from receipt of approved artwork and order. Rush orders are required to have upgraded shipping expenses to meet in-hands use date.
• Minimum Order: 65 cases. One (1) flavor per case. Shipments in case quantities only.
• Drop Shipping Charges: $2.50 per case for multiple shipping locations
• Methods of Imprinting: We use hot-stamping and flexographic processes to imprint on our Beechie products.
These processes impose certain limitations on the reproduction of fine details, halftones, and tight registrations of multi-color images.
• Artwork: Whether artwork is submitted as mechanical art for photography or in electronic form, all images must be at actual size.
Bitmap digital artwork files (JPG or TIF) must have a minimum resolution of 600 pixels per inch at actual size.
Your vector (EPS) files will become rasterized to bitmaps with the same resolutions at actual size.
Any reduction or enlargement required for submitted artwork adds $32.00. Quotation for additional charges for any labor required on artwork
submitted that is not to size, or camera-ready quality.
• Electronic Artwork: Electronic artwork may be submitted to: rbateman@victorystore.com.
• Orders/Changes: All orders and changes to orders must be sent in writing. Factory will not accept changes verbally.
Changes are $62.50 per change, once order is ready for production. Plus, additional plate charges.
• Cancellation: Orders will be billed for all work performed to point of cancellation, plus an additional $25.00.
• Faxed Paper Proof: $8.75 paper proofs are produced from actual plates. Therefore, any changes will incur new plate charges.
Once approved/signed off, imprint has been “approved.” There are no changes or recalls made without “Orders/Changes”
charges, or, return shipping charges.
• Pre-Production Proof: $62.50 Plus any plate charges, includes overnight shipping of samples.
• Re-Order Fee: $7.50
