Payment Terms
100% due upon order placement.

Shipping Terms
Shipping for all orders is paid for by the customer, unless otherwise specified as a line item on your customer authorization.

Cancellation Policy
 Orders canceled after set-up but prior to production will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee. Orders canceled after production has begun will be subject to a fee of 50% of approved cost.

Artwork
All artwork remains property of VictoryStore.com until purchased with product.

Late Fee
Past due invoices are subject to late fees of 1.5% per month. 

Problems After Delivery
Customers have 72 business hours to contact us with any defect or shortage with their order.
After that time, VictoryStore.com cannot guarantee replacements.
