  • Prices above includes: Set up fees, films, screens and flash fees on color shirts for one location. Additional location and color fees are listed separately. Each additional color incurs and additional fee, each additional location incurs the added fee. Each new color and image design/size requires new screens and films to be created and so incurs the additional fees. No more wasted time figuring out all the "extra" fees! It is all done for you and at a reasonable price.
  • Gildan Brand T-shirts. Choose from 50/50 or 100%, 6.1 oz. cotton. Very nice, quality shirts.
  • Should you prefer another brand, just call and we will get pricing for you in a flash!
  • For Digitally Imprinted shirts, we use Fruit of the Loom Loftees T-shirts. 100% cotton only. This high quality shirt holds the Direct to Garment Digital color and helps create and maintain the impressive impact of your full color design.
  • For orders with adult and youth sizes, an additional screen fee may be charged for youth medium and smaller sizes. The normal adult size image will not fit on these smaller sized shirts, then requiring a smaller image and new screen for imprinting. You can opt to go with an image size that is in between full size image and a youth size image. This may work, if your design allows this
Pricing includes: Set up fees, screens and flash on color shirts.
Flash on Dark Colors: This fee is built into the dark colored apparel pricing above. It is necessary to print a flash cure when printing on dark         colored garments. Flashing is required for good coverage and a more true color.
Art Charges: $25 per hour half hour minimum. There will be no art charge for color-separated camera-ready art or approved electronic art file.
For custom mixed PMS color matching: Add $40.00 per color. Talk to your account representative about color matching requirements.
Additional Location Fee: Each Add'l Full color location - Same imprint on White or Light - add $2.00 each
        Each Add'l Full color location - New imprint on White or Light - add $4.00 each
        Each Add'l Full color location - Same imprint on Dark - add $4.00 each
        Each Add'l Full color location - New imprint on Dark - add $6.00 each
