You may use this form to upload graphic files 128mb or smaller. Please be sure there are no spaces or special characters in your file name. You file will not come through our system with special characters and/or spaces. Choose your account representative from the drop down list. If you do not remember who you are working with, or don't have one yet, please choose "Design Pool" and your art file will be submitted and will await your account representative's request for it.

Acceptable formats include vector EPS, AI, and PDF. We can also accept JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF, and PSD, however our design team may have to recreate your art into a usable format for printing, which may include a separate fee. If that is the case, your account representative will inform you and allow you to submit a revised file to avoid any additional fees.

DISCLAIMER

ARTWORK: All artwork created by VSC remains the property of VSC until purchased with the product.
SHIPPING: Not included in listed prices.  Quote provided upon request, or available when product ships.
PAYMENT TERMS:  Net 20 after credit approval.  Pre-payment by Credit Card or by eCheck before credit approval.
LATE FEE: Past due invoices are subject to late fee of 1.5% per month.
CANCELLATION: Orders cancelled after set up, but prior to production, will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00.  Orders cannot be cancelled after production has begun.
