Cancellations

All orders are considered firm, and cannot be cancelled without approval from VictoryStore.com.  Cancellation requests must be sent in writing – fax to 563-884-4446.  Costs generated prior to cancellation will be invoiced in full to the customer.

Color Variations

Due to the nature of manufacturing and production, slight variations in finished products are possible.  We cannot guarantee exact color matches from order to order.

Custom Products

We have included our most popular items in our online catalog, but keep in mind that we can produce custom products for you as well.  We also offer many more choices that are not all shown online.  If you do not see exactly what you need, please call us.

Order Minimum

There is a $25.00 order minimum. 

Freight Claims

INSPECT ALL DELIVERIES CAREFULLY AND NOTE ANY DAMAGE WHEN SIGNING FOR YOUR ORDER.  Unless specified on your order, we will use the best shipping method based on the information provided to us by you.  We cannot be responsible for freight charges incurred including any extra charges such as inside delivery, interlining of carriers, and international shipments.  Lost, damaged or delayed merchandise is the responsibility of the carrier.  Initiate any claim with the carrier within 15 days.

Production Time

Standard production time is a minimum of 4 business days unless otherwise specified..  Standard production time for dye sublimated products is 7 business days after faxed proof approval.  Weekends and holidays do not count as production days.  Work with your account rep to determine prosecution time on large quantity or custom orders.  Production time is subject to factory capacity and inventory levels.

Production time begins after your order is considered production ready.  Your order is considered production ready when we have received all of the following:

  1. Complete order

  2. Payment or credit approval

  3. Production ready art – either sent by you or created by us

  4. Signed, faxed proof approval

Orders received by 11:00 CST can be considered “received” same business day.  If received after 11:00 CST, the above items will be considered “received” next business day.

Pricing

Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Returns

Product cannot be returned without prior Customer Service approval.  A Return Authorization number will be issued at that point.  Claims for damage, defect or count discrepancy should be reported upon receipt of merchandise, or as soon as is reasonably possible.  Credit will not be issued for merchandise that is unavailable to be returned.  Non-imprinted standard items may be returned within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Product that has been damaged or is otherwise unfit for resale cannot be returned for credit.  We reserve the right to limit the return of standard products ordered in quantities of 5 or more.

Repeat Orders

For exact repeat orders, there is no art set-up charge if order is repeated within 2 years.  After 2 years, it is considered a new order.  To ensure exact duplication, please indicate our most recent order number and previous order date.  Exact product, color and imprint color cannot be guaranteed on repeat orders, due to slight variations in log runs.  Variations will be considered acceptable.

Set-Up Charge

Each new imprinted order will incur an art set-up charge as listed on the catalog page.  There is no set-up charge on exact repeat orders placed within two years of the invoice date of the last order, provided artwork is identical, same size and on the same item.  See REPEAT ORDERS.

Shipment In-Hands Date

All orders should specify an “In Hands Date” and specify the shipment method.  If the shipping method is not specified, we reserve the right to ship by whatever means are necessary to meet your “In Hands Date” and the cost will be invoiced to you.

Samples

Contact a customer service rep if a sample is needed.  Swatch samples of materials are available as well.

Shipping Point

F.O.B. MN plant.  Shipping and handling charges will be applied to your invoice.

Substitutions

Due to unavoidable style modifications and enhancements form manufacturers, we reserve the right to substitute products of comparable cost and style for those illustrated on our site or sent to you.  We reserve the right to withdraw any items and change price without notification due to these circumstances.

Trademarks

Imprints shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only.  By approving your order with us, you represent the use or display of the artwork used will not violate applicable laws or client restrictions and hereby hold VictoryStore.com harmless.

Rush Orders**

To receive your order faster than the Standard production time, rush charges will apply.  Rush orders are available based upon prior approval from manufacturer.

Rush Charges:

3 Business Days from Proof Approval – Add $60.00

2 Business Days from Proof Approval – Add $95.00

1 Business Day from Proof Approval – Add $150.00

**Note: “Same Day” service is not available; fastest service is the “Next Day”.  Rush service may not be available on full-color dye-sub products.  Contact your service rep for rush service on full color dye-sub products.  Rush service is subject to production capacity and inventory levels.  Rush service may be delayed by order changes, complicated or incomplete artwork, payment/credit issues, proof revisions, or inadequate purchase order info.

Guarantee

All products are carefully designed and, with care and normal use, our products will provide the user with years of satisfaction.  Any items found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at the factory’s discretion.  Our normal guarantee is one year parts and labor which warrants the product against defects in material and workmanship.  It does not cover damage due to accidents, normal wear and tear, or abuse.
