After you've placed your order, our team of designers will crop out just the faces.
You will receive a confirmation email with the art proofs for each of your photos. After those are approved, we’ll send them to print!
Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days after the art has been approved.

Tips for Photos
When taking photos, keep the camera zoomed out. Do not zoom in. Instead, step and let the player fill the frame of the camera. Take photos in portrait format from mid-thigh up. Use the same lighting for uniformity—we are unable to remove shadows from players' faces. If you have a special request for how you prefer your photos cropped, please use the Notes section on page 1 of our shopping cart.
