First of all, hope I hit the correct rating. This is definitely a "5" star rating!!! The chair is so sturdy...easy 2 carry around & the "softball grandma" looks soooo nice. Never ordered from this small business, but highly, highly recommend them.
I used customer service & they were quick in responding. Very professional and patient. I received the chair very quickly too.
There were so many websites to choose from and this one caught my eye. I will definitely recommend this to others and I know when others see my chair at the ball field, they will want one.
