Can I change the combination of the lock box?
Yes, all of the lock boxes we offer can have the combination changed at anytime. However, with most of the lock boxes you will need to know the current combination to be able to change the combination to a new one.
How can I open a lock box if it is closed and I do not know the combination?
If you do not know the combination and the box is closed, there is not an alternative way to open the box. If there was an alternative method, anyone familiar with the product would be able to open it.
How can I reset the combination if the lock box is closed and I do not know the combination?
If you do not know the combination and the box is closed, it is not possible to reset the combination.

I am having difficulty releasing the shackle on my Supra Push Button Portable Key Lock Box – 1404?
The brass-color lever should lift very slightly toward the direction of the front cover. It is not intended to move to the right or any other direction. Try pulling the lever toward you and lifting the shackle at the same time.
What materials are the key security products made with?
Most of our key security items feature secure metal body construction with rust resistant coating. Most of the shackles for the door-knob type are of hardened steel. However, these items are not metal construction:

What size is the HitchSafe?
The HitchSafe fits all vehicles with a 2” receiver, except the '05-'07 Toyota Tacoma which require longer pins. The HitchSafe will hold up to 2 cards (credit card or license) diagonally among other items.
