General Return Policy:
- We gladly accept returns for stock design items within 30 days of the shipment date.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaged accessories.
- Opened or altered products cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or incorrect.
- Customers are responsible for return postage charges unless the return is a result of our error.
- Eligible for return only if there's a manufacturing defect.
- To report such issues, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Defective Items:
- Can be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of shipment.
