Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Information
Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days for quantities under 10.
For orders with quantities greater than 10, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
For large bulk orders, production times vary depending on quantity and product specifications. Please contact our customer service team for an estimated turnaround time.
Custom Printed Products
If your order includes custom artwork, logos, or personalization, additional production time may be required.
Please note: Shipping estimates begin after your artwork has been approved.
Free Local Delivery
We offer FREE local delivery on orders of $70 or more within:
- Scott County, Iowa
- Rock Island County, Illinois
Local deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
If your order qualifies, this delivery option will automatically appear during checkout.
Free Local Pickup
We offer FREE local pickup from our Davenport facility.
Pickup Hours:
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email notification with pickup instructions.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Orders ship from our production facility in Davenport, Iowa, Monday through Friday.
When shipping within the contiguous United States, your order will arrive after shipping from our facility within the following estimated transit times:
- FREE Ground Shipping – 1 to 5 business days*
- UPS Ground – 1 to 5 business days
- UPS Second Day Air – 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air – 1 business day
*Not all items qualify for free shipping. Please see individual product pages for shipping eligibility.
Freight Shipping
Some oversized signs and large quantity orders exceed standard parcel shipping limits and must be shipped via freight carrier.
Orders may require freight shipping based on sign dimensions, package size, shipment weight, or order quantity.
Because freight shipments require additional handling and transportation resources, freight costs are higher than standard shipping rates.
Please note: Freight shipments do not qualify for free shipping promotions.

Weather & Carrier Delays
Severe weather, natural disasters, and carrier disruptions may occasionally impact production or delivery schedules.
If weather conditions require our facility to close temporarily, we will communicate any delays as quickly as possible.
Please note that shipping carrier delays through UPS or USPS are outside of our control.
