Sign was delivered damaged and Victory Store replaced the damaged sign without any issues. Customer service was excellent and will be using them for future orders.
great product at great price. Less expensive to purchase than to use a sign company and without the restrictions of a company. The number portion was not in with order and when notified this company apologized for error and had the numbers sent to me a few days later. Very pleased with this customer service.

Victory store shipped the wrong graduation yard card. Tried to get it shipped overnight next day to make it in time for graduation. They said they could t do that and will just refund me. Very disappointed and this is the second time this has happened.
