I ordered the Heroes Work Here sign for our twenty senior communities and it is better than expected. Very well made and the stakes they give you to put it in the lawn are easy to assemble and very solid.

Signage looks great by our nursing home entrance, so thumbs up for good quality and greatly appreciated by our staff. Disappointed that after being told the "longer than usual" delivery time would be 10 days, took almost 3 weeks - we understand the pandemic impacts all aspects of business and delivery, but that's why I inquired about timing prior to ordering - wanted signage for specific date. When I tried to follow up after two weeks, phone call message and email inquiry went unanswered, & numerous phone call attempts always went to voicemail, so couldn't get a live update. Ended up purchasing similar signage from another company and paying exorbitant postage to be sure we had something for our event since I wasn't sure if this would even show up - ultimately had double signage (at more than double our budget...)!! We like supporting a family business, but were disappointed that they didn't communicate.
