The size of these was great. The balloons and hearts are the perfect sparkle. We love the circular add ons. The stars on the blue unfortunately didn’t show very well we didn’t think. We painted these letters w spray paint so they would stand out more especially in a grassy area. But the hospital staff loved this!!

Signage looks great by our nursing home entrance, so thumbs up for good quality and greatly appreciated by our staff. Disappointed that after being told the "longer than usual" delivery time would be 10 days, took almost 3 weeks - we understand the pandemic impacts all aspects of business and delivery, but that's why I inquired about timing prior to ordering - wanted signage for specific date. When I tried to follow up after two weeks, phone call message and email inquiry went unanswered, & numerous phone call attempts always went to voicemail, so couldn't get a live update. Ended up purchasing similar signage from another company and paying exorbitant postage to be sure we had something for our event since I wasn't sure if this would even show up - ultimately had double signage (at more than double our budget...)!! We like supporting a family business, but were disappointed that they didn't communicate.

I purchased this to try and help boost the morale of our awesome staff members. This was a very hot item so the shipping time took a little while but the reviews from my staff were overall very positive.
Order was complete upon receipt. Initial estimate was 3-5 days and had difficulty determining shipping date. Customer service did respond to inquiry and stated production time was longer than initially posted due to high demand. Item arrived as pictured and looks great in front of our facility.
