No instructions

I have purchased this card a couple years ago from a different company for a friend's wedding. It came with instructions to fold the dollars and when finished, it looked very cute and was a big success. However, with this company, there are no instructions and no one answers the Live Chat for questions. Very poor customer service. Otherwise, the card is cute and shipping speed was reasonable.
