Always keeping me informed, and actually caught an oversight on my end related to my order, which was great of him and saved time and issues later. I wish you offered an art department who could offer various designs for the banners. That would make ordering a bit easier on our end. But we were able to come up with a design on our own, and the banners look great and are all installed for our winter season. The material was just as described and are durable for the winter weather. We will be ordering all our banners in the future from you.
