My experience with Victory Store was great. Ordering was easy, I was contacted right away that the pictures I sent could not be used. They worked with me to get the right format and still met my quick turn around timeframe. I have already recommended them to others.
We got a set of a dozen different big heads, one for each senior on our team. The quality was fantastic - clear pictures and durable materials - and teammates and parents were delighted with them. Spencer was a huge help and he got everything produced for us well in advance of our deadline.
My order was small but I was made feel like I ordered thousands of dollars of merchandise. Live chat to answer my questions, quick proofs, followed up when I missed an email to approve my “big heads.” The product arrived sooner than promised and looked great!
