Very pleased with my order

Are these sturdy or flimsy? And would I be able to buy them blank without any printing?

Thank you for contacting VictoryStore! The hand fans are printed on corrugated plastic which is somewhat rigid but, not un-bendable since it is not as sturdy as molded plastic. So middle rigidness.
