Custom Mesh Fence Banners

A mesh banner is a type of vinyl material with thousands of tiny, evenly spaced holes (perforations). This design allows wind and sound to pass through, significantly reducing wind load (or the "sail effect") which prevents the banner from tearing or straining its mounting points.

Our mesh banners are crafted from durable 9 oz. PVC-coated polyester scrim, which has a perforated design (approximately 25% air-flow-through)

Standard solid vinyl offers more vibrant colors and crisper details because the surface is solid. Mesh banners have a slightly muted or semi-transparent appearance up close due to the holes. They are best for large-scale signage with bold, simple designs and large text that is viewed from a distance.

With proper installation and maintenance, mesh banners generally has an outdoor lifespan of 2 to 5 years.

The actual time depends on how extreme the weather conditions are and how well the banner is secured to prevent excessive flapping

As a PVC-coated polyester product, it is generally not accepted in standard curbside recycling. It often requires specialized recycling or collection programs for mixed plastics and vinyl.

Use a soft cloth, sponge, or soft-bristle brush with warm water and mild, non-detergent soap (like dish soap). Gently wipe the banner, then rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove all soap residue.

YES. Do NOT use harsh chemicals, bleach, solvents, or abrasive cleaners (like scrubbing pads or paper towels), as these can damage or strip the printed ink.

Use the provided grommets and secure the banner with heavy-duty zip ties, bungee cords, or nylon rope. Start at the corners and work your way around, ensuring the banner is taut and smooth (no wrinkles) but not over-tightened to avoid stretching or tearing. Use all available grommets to evenly distribute tension.

Ensure the banner is completely clean and dry before storage to prevent mold and mildew. Roll it loosely (print-side inward) onto a sturdy tube. Do NOT fold it, as folding will create creases that can damage the print and material. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Address it immediately. Use a clear, strong outdoor repair tape (like power tape) on the back of the banner over the damaged area to prevent the tear from running further.
