The overall experience was very disappointing. Before placing my order, I emailed the shop to confirm that I could receive a proof. They told me yes, as long as I included the request in the notes. I did so, but no proof was ever sent. When the order arrived, the wording was wrong, and the shop insisted my notes did not include the request or have the right verbiage for the sign. I had already been messaging them multiple times, but they didn’t seem concerned. Instead of correcting the mistake, they only offered me 15% off if I reordered, which didn’t feel fair since it wasn’t my error. To make things worse, the package was also delivered to the wrong address and I had to track it down myself. Overall, not the experience I expected and very disappointing.
