some letters were bent, but I guess it is what it is. It turned out to be nice after I put them up in my garage door outside. I received compliments from the neighbors though.

I purchased two packs of letters that were shipped in a box that allowed them to get bent and folded during transit. I reached out to the seller who gave me some tips on how to flatten them. none of these worked. They are all curved and will not stick to my garage. only one of the 2 purchased had this issue. They have ignored my last message to them.

I love having these magnetic decorations for the garage door. They’re easy to put up and take down, and get your holiday message out. UPS shipping was terrible. I tracked my package and watched it be within 5 miles of my house and not get delivered. Finally, on the third time, it was delivered. There was an item the shop didn’t ship and I had to contact the shop regarding the issue.

This is my first time decorating with magnetic lettering. These letters were bold, large and substantial. They arrived when promised and neatly boxed to prevent creasing or damage. I start decorating this weekend and can't wait to get them on the door!

I absolutely love these decorative magnets! We bought the Happy Halloween one and were so impressed with the quality & look that we decided to order this Happy Holiday one. I gave it 4 stars only because it seems some letters were sliced on one edge when we received them. It's not really noticeable unless you're the one hanging the magnets, so it's not a huge deal, just a bummer. We plan on seeing what's available for other holidays. Can't wait!

The item arrived in less than a week, as displayed and described. The letters were easy to put on my garage doors and look really sharp. They've been up for about 3 weeks now and none have come close to falling off or even moving on my garage.
