some letters were bent, but I guess it is what it is. It turned out to be nice after I put them up in my garage door outside. I received compliments from the neighbors though.

I purchased two packs of letters that were shipped in a box that allowed them to get bent and folded during transit. I reached out to the seller who gave me some tips on how to flatten them. none of these worked. They are all curved and will not stick to my garage. only one of the 2 purchased had this issue. They have ignored my last message to them.
