Item shipped very quickly & arrived in good shape, so kudos to the seller there. I wasn't expecting the assembly required, though it makes sense for ease of shipping. You have to punch out the holes, then insert the lights into the holes. If you accidentally put a light into the wrong hole, it can be difficult to remove without pulling the light bulb out of the socket. Because the sign folds for shipping, it's very floppy when installed with only two single stakes. I had to use an additional dual-stake with crossbars to keep it from folding in on itself. It's an iffy sign in high-wind areas because of its large surface area. I had to secure it to the side of my house to keep it from bending the stakes. The sign is really cute, but could be better with a few tweaks to the item description & type of stakes.
