I was having the hardest time ever to find a Harry Potter Ron Weasley sweatshirt. I finally found one at Victory. The customer service was excellent. I texted them and asked if they had the item I wanted. I heard back right away they said they had one in stock and could get it out to me right away. They did just that and it arrived the day before Christmas. I was so happy. The sweatshirt was exactly what I wanted. And I will never forget how helpful the lady at customer service was to me.
