Been working with these for a while now my clients love my job.

I received the wrong size letters, I ordered 24 and got 18inch. I haven’t gotten a response on when my replacement will be mailed. When I asked I was just told they are working on it. I have a event that I’m doing this month and I ordered this in enough time for it but now since I have to wait on correction not sure if I can honor my agreement for the event. They are letting me keep the incorrect size but this still will have me losing money if I don’t get it in time. The ones that came are cute & colorful just not what I ordered.
