From email sent to customer service ...
My order was for an Alphabet Set with "Added Extra Letters Option". I ordered Extra Letters: E, N, O, S, U, 2, 5, - (last being a hyphen). I used an online coupon offered for first-time orders . The website calculated the cost to be $61.45 plus freight.
-- you see from the above screen capture that you were incorrect to say in your earlier answer that the "alphabet set is $61.45"
-- you have researched with the person who received the 34 pink letters/numbers/hyphen that I returned
-- you recognize that I paid $61.45 + $20.84 in freight, then return freight to you of $20.84 and was charged $61.45 for the second shipment of a $54.95 alphabet set only + a third freight charge of $20.84 and to date have only been credited $61.45 netting my costs to $123.97 and leaving me with 26 letters that do not serve my intended purpose for purchasing
-- that the original confusion is based on your company's choice to name the color pink as "Rhodamine Red"
-- you are not passing this by your manager or an owner for further consideration
-- and you stand by your only offer being to quote me a second time for the extra letters/numbers/hyphen and expect that I will pay for shipping charges yet a fourth time
... then I would ask for a reconsideration or a reasonable explanation.
A screen capture of my original invoice is below. I paid what I was billed, $41.68 in additional freight costs and have not received what I intended to order.
[Note: The advertised price of $54.95 with a 10% surcharge for printing color would be $54.95 + $5.50 =$60.45. None of the calculations add up. But I have been told that I will receive the eight extra letters soon. A lot of time and frustration has occurred in this transaction.]
