Giant Gingerbread Man Christmas Greeting Card

This was ordered after Hallmark couldn't verify the country of origin of a different card as I refuse to exploit third world workers while padding corporate profits. Four stars for quickly delivering exactly what was promised. Excellent pre-sale customer service- my question was answered within a few hours. One star was docked due to the lack of customization mentioned in the earlier review. It just makes sense that VictoryStore would print a message inside the card (including from whom it was sent). I had it sent to myself and delivered it across town. Overall, a very good experience. Recommended and I would order again, but only for local delivery.

What did they do right? Well, it was a giant card and it was delivered. What was not right? It was supposed to include something saying who it was from. (If you're buying a card, most of the time you want it delivered and the "from" is important). Also, the extra charges to expedite were way too high. I probably won't use this again and won't recommend to others. You could do better, VictoryStore.com.
