Description Header:
Individualized Pedestal cutouts are perfect to celebrate your team!
Description Summary:
Personalized 4mm corrugated plastic player photo cutouts. Great for sporting or band events of all kinds! Use as a fundraiser or to show your team spirit. A great way to represent and support your coaches, players, and cheerleaders at special events!
Player photo cutouts are printed on one side, in full color digital. The corrugated plastic is durable, weatherproof and sturdy enough for the whole season. Stakes are not included, but you can add them for an additional small charge.
Standard Size Cutouts will be upwards of 24"x36" in size. XLarge Cutouts are increased to 30"x42". When an order contains multiple subjects, we take the height of the widest cutout and scale the rest to its height for a consistent final product. See our Tips for Good Photos on how you can maximize the size of your cutouts.
By default, photos are cropped at waist level.
1. Enter the quantity of player cutouts you'd like and hit the 'Upload Photos' button.
2. Select where you'd like to upload your photos from (Your local device, Facebook, Dropbox, etc.)
4. Once you've uploaded all of your photos, hit the 'Add' button.
6. Each photo will be displayed on the product page, alongside a textbox for any notes you may have. This can include the subject's name, jersey number, or any special requests.
7. Check one more time to make sure your quantity matches the number of items you'd like, and hit 'Add to Cart'
After your order has been placed, our team of designers will crop out the background from each photo. You will receive a confirmation email with the art proofs for each of your photos. After those are approved, we’ll send them to print! Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days after artwork approval.
Here are a few tips on getting photos that will look great on our products just by using your smartphone:
Zooming in when taking a photo reduces the resolution of the final image. Instead, step closer and let the player fill in the frame of the camera. It's best to aim for a minimum of 100 pixels per inch. That means if your item is 24x30, you'll probably want your photo to be at least 2400x3000.
If you're thinking about getting several different items, try to make sure the lighting is the same in each of them. Even the best photo editing wizards can't make photos taken at night and day look the same.
The width listed in the product specs is maximum we offer. In other words, if you have a subject posing with their arms spread wide, they'll probably end up a little shorter to stay in bounds of the material. Props like bats, pom poms, and helmets can have the same effect, so it's always a good idea to plan out your pose.
If you have any special requests on how you'd like your subjects cropped, leave it in the Notes section under their photo. We'll do our best to make it happen!
